We are open whenever our little fox, Renard, is peering from the front stoop of our gallery. Generally, this is 11am to 5pm, Thursday through Sunday, but we ask that you call for an appointment. 804-599-1760

Our real preference is to give our clients private showings as this is the best way to understand our guests tastes, and learn what environment or space the art will be shown.

Shipping Policy

Artworks purchased from ongoing exhibitions will be shipped after the last day the exhibition is open to the public, this includes online only exhibitions. Featured Artist work, artworks from previous exhibitions, and regular gallery inventory will ship within 5 business days. Mixed orders, orders with both items from ongoing exhibitions and work that is available to ship immediately will ship after the ongoing exhibition closes. At your request, artworks may be shipped separately. Additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping charges are determined by UPS. All shipments are professionally packed and fully insured. We ship primarily through UPS. Buyer pays shipping. Return Policy

Artworks may be returned for 7 days from the date of purchase in the gallery, or 7 days from the date of delivery for shipped orders.. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned items to Mystic Osprey Gallery. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipping. Returns may be subject to a 25% restock fee. Please contact the gallery to pre-arrange a return.
